1. Information you provide
When you contact me by email or telephone, I may receive your name, contact details, organisation, project information, and anything else you choose to include in the conversation.
2. Information collected by this website
This website does not currently provide user accounts, accept payments, or submit information to a private project database. Email and telephone links open the relevant app on your device.
Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how visitors find and use the website. Depending on your browser settings and Google’s services, this may involve technical and usage information such as device and browser details, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, and interactions. Google Tag Manager is used to load and manage approved measurement tags. No AdRoll advertising pixel is currently installed.
Basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access, may also be processed by the website hosting provider for security and reliable delivery.

4. Sharing and international processing
I do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, including Google for website measurement, where reasonably necessary for analytics, hosting, communication, project delivery, or legal compliance. Because I serve clients worldwide, information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards available for the relevant service.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, project records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may use browser privacy settings, content blockers, or Google’s available opt-out tools to limit analytics collection. You may also ask me to access, correct, or delete personal information I hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
